Description:  
Family gathers baskets of fresh fish from the River Limbi in Northern Haiti. Camp-de-Coq is a small town near Cap-Haitian, the River Limbi runs through the area and when the waters recede the fish can be caught by hand. Telemaque was born in 1913, the son of the famous Haitian Artist Philome Obin who went on to become as respected as his father. Meticulously portraying memories of his childhood growing up in, what once was, a pristine area of Haiti. His works are widely collected, Telemaque is a well documented Haitian Master. THIS PAINTING IS ONE OF THE FINEST EXAMPLES OF THE ARTISTS WORK AVAILABLE TODAY - IN PERFECT CONDITION
